Okay so I'm probably going to sound like a terrible fan, but...am I the only one who is really shocked? I mean I just never thought he was gay. The thought was always in the back of my mind but it just did not seem real. I still love him and will support him no matter what , I'm just surprised that he actually came out. I have nothing wrong with the fact that he is, I mean some of my closest friends are gay, I'm just...upset? I don't know why either. I'm proud he finally came out instead of hiding it any longer though.

Sorry, my hormones are all messed up and I wish I would have found this out when I wasn't pregnant. I'm too emotional right now.

2)The other "stories on the cover of people " are Emmy gowns - which I believe would be old news in over 2 weeks from now and DJ AM and how he survived, which is the current top story on the People page right now, so I don't think they are going to hold that for 2 weeks.

Reeks of photoshop to me. We can probably even find the picture of Clay's head from a recent fan photo if we look hard enough.

Believe if you want, I just know that nothing is true unless it is printed in the fan club (a little OFC humor here).

I'm a little ticked off because he has lied about it and denied it several times. I guess having a child brought new eyes to everything and he decided to do it. Good for him. However, as a fan, I'm a little ticked simply cause I spent years defending people who called him gay and stuff. So, it's just a little annoying. I'm gay myself so don't start attacking me.

I actually agree with you on the defending him part. It's just frustrating since I stood up for him all those times. My family is completely against anyone who is gay (I'm the only one who isn't) and they wouldn't allow me to see him in concert or buy his CD's. I had to literally tell them over and over that he wasn't just so I could buy his albums and go to his concerts. They eventually let me, but still harassed me to no end about it. Now I'm never going to hear the end of it. Thankfully, I'm 18 now and can do whatever I want though.

To be honest from a person who makes graphics it DOES look a little photoshoped on the side but that being said the pictures look real and even if it were to be photoshoped someone would've had to get those photos from somewhere so I think it's a legit story for now. The head and baby isn't that part that looks photoshoped to me plus perez isn't the only one who has reported it. I think we should perhaps wait for more press or an official statement from Clay before believing this completely but for now i'm pretty sure it's true.


And to everyone who feels lied to and hurt, that makes since, It's okay I mean most of us have followed Clay through his entire career and now have this chunk of our lives that Clay has been a part of so to you guys it may feel like you've been lied to by a close friend or relative. So it's okay, at least you guys are trying to support his decision in some way.

We can't just follow the parts of the Bible that we want or that are convenient to us, or we are not Christians. And he says he's a Christian. Too bad, I was supporting him since 2003.

Parker Foster Aiken was born on August 8 in North Carolina to Aiken's good friend Jaymes Foster, 50. The pair met when Aiken was a contestant on American Idol.

He was in "Spamalot" on Broadway earlier this year and is returning now.
